What you will do

• Provide operational support to the Compliance Officer and the broader Operations team.
• Perform routine risk testing (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually) based on the established risk matrix.
• Support the coordination of internal and external audits.
• Maintain compliance logs and track policy updates during weekly Risk Committee meetings.
• Generate routine operations reports across various timeframes.
• Manage client online access and coordinate corporate actions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Great Falls, MT.
• Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary banking software.
• Proven ability to maintain strict client confidentiality.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
