Parts Team Lead (Automotive)

Location: Remote, based in the United States, with travel throughout the continental US; the role is field based.

What you will do

• Lead the bpro automotive parts sales and distribution program across dealer and aftermarket channels.
• Manage, recruit, and develop automotive parts field teams while driving performance against program goals.
• Build relationships with dealerships, dealer groups, installers, fleets, commercial accounts, and client stakeholders.
• Create market and account plans, sales presentations, reports, scorecards, and executive analyses.
• Track deliverables, risks, issues, financial performance, compliance, and contractual obligations.
• Provide market feedback, sales performance updates, program reviews, and client liaison support.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in the automotive aftermarket or wholesale environment.
• Prior program management experience with strong analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and team-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least five years of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of dealership, fleet, installer, collision, parts distribution, and aftermarket parts and service operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
• Professional English communication skills and the ability to travel for multi-day assignments and training events are required; the role also requires lifting up to 50 lbs.
