What you will do

• Lead planning, resourcing, budgeting, scheduling, and execution across multiple high-complexity projects.
• Develop repeatable execution models, playbooks, governance, and continuous-improvement practices.
• Lead and coach project managers, site leads, and cross-functional execution teams while setting objectives and KPIs.
• Own project P&L, commercial performance, change orders, claims, risk mitigation, and supplier performance.
• Manage customer, senior leadership, and major supplier relationships with clear reporting and escalation.
• Drive safety, quality, compliance, resource planning, and post-project learning across sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of project delivery experience, including 5+ years in senior project leadership.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-site industrial projects and managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen, including project P&L ownership and commercial negotiations.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, earned-value management, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Strong strategic leadership, people management, stakeholder communication, negotiation, and escalation skills; frequent travel to sites is required.

Nice to have

• Material handling equipment or automation experience, including controls and systems integration.
• PMP certification or an MBA.
• Experience with Amazon or large e-commerce and 3PL customers.
• Change management or transformation experience.
