What you will do

• Own software scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, documentation, and reporting from project handover through final acceptance.
• Direct the day-to-day work of Solution Architects and Software Implementation Engineers in a matrix environment.
• Coordinate software activities with construction, engineering, installation, commissioning, sales, lifecycle service, and third-party integration partners.
• Manage the Description of Operation, sold scope, out-of-scope requests, change orders, project hours, forecasting, and milestone approvals for invoicing.
• Lead customer software kickoffs, design reviews, status meetings, testing, training, go-live, and acceptance discussions.
• Identify and escalate schedule, resource, technical, and delivery risks while supporting recovery plans for at-risk projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in software delivery, systems integration, automation, industrial, or warehouse environments.
• Experience managing schedules, scope, hours, change orders, customers, and technical resources across concurrent projects.
• Experience coordinating matrixed teams and third-party integration partners through design, testing, training, go-live, and acceptance.
• Strong communication, organization, accountability, customer management, risk assessment, and escalation skills.
• Working knowledge of WMS, WCS, ERP, warehouse automation, hirify.global software, AutoStore, or integration middleware such as SVT SoftBot.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with industrial automation software implementations.
• Familiarity with hirify.global software solutions, AutoStore, and SVT SoftBot.
