What you will do

• Lead large, complex implementation projects from sales handover through final customer acceptance.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, forecasts, margins, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate engineering, software, supply chain, installation partners, and service teams.
• Support solution development during the sales phase and ensure structured transitions into realization and service.
• Negotiate change orders, manage commercial performance, and maintain proactive risk mitigation.
• Mentor project managers, improve tools and workflows, and support project governance standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading multi-phase automation or logistics projects with complex technical, operational, and commercial requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, margin protection, contract terms, and change-order negotiation.
• Strong risk management, governance, process improvement, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience mentoring project managers or junior team members.
• Technical literacy in automation systems, warehouse technologies, IT integrations, AutoCAD, and project management platforms.
