What you will do

• Provide Tier-2 support for Kubernetes and Docker infrastructure
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production deployment and scaling issues
• Triage community-reported issues on Discord and GitHub with detailed, actionable guidance
• Perform end-to-end testing of infrastructure changes, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Create runbooks and internal documentation for support resolutions
• Collaborate with engineering on infrastructure improvements and participate in on-call rotations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts
• Experience with AWS/GCP and tools like Terraform, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Excellent written communication for technical support via Discord and GitHub
• Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, or Go for automation and troubleshooting
• Experience with infrastructure testing methodologies such as load testing or chaos engineering

Nice to have

• Open-source contributions or community support experience
• Exposure to SOC2/ISO compliance workflows
