Applicants must have UK work authorization and be UK nationals or qualifying dual nationals with sufficient UK residency history for Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Salary: £70,000–£90,000 per year, plus potential equity awards and discretionary bonuses.

What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of technical implementations from initial scoping through live deployment.
- Act as the primary technical contact for UK customers, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving implementation issues.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based applications in classified and sensitive environments.
- Coordinate technical requirements across Product, Engineering, and Growth teams while proactively removing blockers.
- Improve implementation processes, tooling, deployment patterns, and documentation using customer feedback.
- Support the expansion of secure DevSecOps deployments across UK defence, NATO, and national security programmes.
Requirements
- UK-based with the right to work in the United Kingdom; UK nationality or qualifying dual nationality and sufficient UK residency history for DV vetting are required.
- Active Developed Vetting clearance is strongly preferred, and clearance eligibility is mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, DevOps, or a related engineering discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Keycloak, container orchestration, and applications deployed at scale.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus Git and standard ticketing or project management tools such as JIRA.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, autonomy, and prioritization skills in complex environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in UK defence technology, SaaS, or cloud-based environments.
- Knowledge of UK government security frameworks and accreditation processes, including JSP 604 and Secure by Design.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- CKA, AWS, Azure, or other relevant certifications.
