Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site at the NYC headquarters 4–5 days per week

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Design intuitive experiences for complex accounting and finance workflows.
• Translate business requirements, technical constraints, and user needs into actionable design solutions.
• Build prototypes and interactive flows to communicate concepts and gather feedback.
• Partner with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver work.
• Lead projects independently from initial concept through implementation.
• Evolve design systems and introduce frameworks that improve consistency, collaboration, and execution speed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience solving complex problems involving multiple personas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and proactively create impact.
• Strong communication, collaboration, visual judgment, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in person at the NYC headquarters 4–5 days per week.
• Fluency with AI prototyping tools such as Claude Design.

Nice to have

• Accounting and finance subject matter expertise.
• Experience designing in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Basic HTML/CSS or front-end knowledge.
