What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive experiences for web and mobile products.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to create functional prototypes, implement UI components, and accelerate design iteration.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate concepts and ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain design systems, reusable components, and interface patterns.
• Present design rationale, incorporate feedback, and balance user experience, visual quality, technical constraints, and product priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital product design, interaction design, and high-quality web or mobile experiences.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, user research, and usability testing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, plus an understanding of frontend development concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding, rapid prototyping, UI implementation, or frontend development tools, along with strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or other frontend technologies.
• Experience translating Figma designs into functional UI components or interactive prototypes.
• Knowledge of motion design, animations, micro-interactions, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems, Agile/Scrum, product analytics, data-driven design, or A/B testing.
• Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, dashboard, data visualization, or AI-powered products.
