What you will do

• Own the internal developer platform end-to-end, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and ephemeral environments.
• Develop the human-AI development loop, building tooling and automation for engineers to work effectively with coding agents.
• Measure and optimize developer productivity using frameworks like DORA or SPACE to identify and fix delivery bottlenecks.
• Maintain operational reliability as part of the Core Infrastructure on-call rotation.
• Partner with product teams to improve internal APIs and frameworks, reducing friction in feature development.
• Establish "paved roads" by shaping standards for service configuration and reducing application boilerplate.

Requirements

• Strong cloud infrastructure experience, preferably with AWS (GCP also considered).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code, with Terraform preferred (Pulumi, CloudFormation, or Ansible are also acceptable).
• Core competency in owning build, test, and deploy workflows, including preview environments.
• Proven history of measuring and improving delivery metrics using DORA, SPACE, or similar frameworks.
• Genuine software engineering background with experience building and maintaining applications.

Nice to have

• Experience building with AI/agent tooling or LLM-based development workflows.
• Familiarity with MCP servers and agent integration patterns.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or other regulated industries.
