Talent Acquisition Team Lead (Tech)

Location: Vilnius; WFA policy allows working from almost anywhere in the world.

Gross salary: €3,900–€5,000/month, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of tech Talent Acquisition Partners, owning performance, growth, and career progression.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align priorities, manage expectations, and shape hiring decisions.
• Drive adoption of new tools, AI-driven recruiting practices, and initiatives beyond day-to-day recruiting.
• Improve recruiting workflows and processes across the full hiring lifecycle.
• Own hiring-process quality and ensure consistent standards across technical hires.
• Track technical recruitment metrics, identify trends, lead continuous improvement, and ensure a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role managing a recruiting team.
• Track record of full-cycle technical recruiting in a dynamic, fast-paced, or global environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into actionable strategy.
• Experience driving process improvements and owning initiatives beyond day-to-day recruiting.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Lithuanian.
