Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 Months FTC)

Location: Hybrid work in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania, with 2 recommended office days per week. Remote workation is available for up to 90 days per year in the EU, including 21 days globally.

Gross monthly salary: €3,117–€4,217.

What you will do

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and manage seamless recruitment processes.
• Lead end-to-end hiring, including job postings, proactive sourcing, interviews, and offers.
• Build talent pools through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, employer branding, and networking.
• Coach Hiring Managers and interviewers on hiring techniques and interview best practices.
• Track hiring metrics, identify inefficiencies, and lead recruitment process improvements and campaigns.
• Stay current with recruitment trends and candidate evaluation tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a start-up or scale-up.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing tools.
• Experience partnering with and influencing Hiring Managers at different levels.
• Ability to interpret talent data and provide data-driven hiring recommendations.
• Strong candidate engagement, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
