Master Data / PLM Specialist (SAP/PLM)

What you will do

• Create, update, and maintain product master data and Bills of Material with accurate versioning.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, release readiness, impact analysis, approvals, and release activities.
• Create and maintain SAP Production Material Masters and Production Versions for manufacturing operations.
• Apply data standards, naming conventions, and governance rules to improve data quality.
• Coordinate data updates and approvals with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholders.
• Document and optimize workflows, deliver training, and support adoption of PLM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, or comparable education with relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in data management, product administration, engineering support, or operational coordination, depending on educational background.
• Experience with PLM, ERP, or supply chain systems such as Enovia, SAP, or o9 is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of master data management, data accuracy, and structured processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis, with a structured and detail-oriented working style.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills required; German is advantageous.
