PDM Analyst

Location: Hybrid work in Taipei City or Chu Pei City, Taiwan

What you will do

• Align product data strategies and requirements with cross-functional partners for NPI and sustaining programs.
• Maintain company-wide and departmental processes, procedures, and product lifecycle adherence.
• Coordinate product change control activities and process change orders for revised documents and products.
• Manage configuration documentation and ensure accurate product data.
• Lead BOM reviews and deep-dive team reviews to verify product information.
• Validate data integrity in Agile PLM and Oracle systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in document control.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control software.
• Strong proofreading, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; English is required.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and report status as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the networking industry.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Agile PLM.
