Junior Proxy Product Owner (CSD)

What you will do

• Support the product vision and roadmap for Central Securities Depository services, including settlement and securities solutions.
• Coordinate communication between business stakeholders, IT, operations, and development teams.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements.
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog with guidance from senior product team members.
• Support Agile feature delivery, product lifecycle activities, testing, releases, and continuous improvement.
• Manage system dependencies and contribute to UAT and artificial intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
• One to two years of experience in product management, business analysis, or post-trade services, including internships.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Understanding of CSD operations, settlement processes, or financial market infrastructure is advantageous.
• English CV required.
