Senior Paid Media Strategist

Location: Remote within the United States; a pet-friendly office is available in Cincinnati, while other team members work fully remotely.

What you will do

• Own paid search and paid social strategy and execution for a portfolio of accounts.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads independently as core platforms.
• Apply AI tools to bidding, optimization, and creative testing.
• Lead client meetings as the primary paid media strategist.
• Identify account risks early and support quarterly business reviews with the Paid Media Team Lead.

Requirements

• Deep, current hands-on expertise with both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• At least 3 years of paid media experience across search and social.
• Confidence running client meetings independently and presenting as the subject-matter expert.
• Active day-to-day platform experience, with the ability to learn quickly and work directly with clients.
• Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, ownership, and client service skills.

Nice to have

• Agency experience.
• AI fluency in bidding, optimization, and creative testing.
• E-commerce experience.
