Location: Onsite in Parsdorf, Bavaria, Germany, with the AIT Engineering team based in Munich

What you will do

• Conceptually design and implement CAD models for ground support equipment and launch vehicle assembly jigs.
• Modify and optimize existing equipment and tooling.
• Prepare work instructions and support the implementation of AIT flows and processes.
• Create templates and process improvements to optimize AIT workflows.
• Troubleshoot AIT operations and equipment while investigating anomalies.
• Independently deliver specific improvement projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and project ownership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfort working in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English required.
