What you will do

• Perform assembly and testing activities independently in accordance with work instructions and lifecycle procedures.
• Record test results digitally and manage production non-conformities.
• Analyze errors and troubleshoot production issues to maintain continuity.
• Train and mentor production personnel on technical procedures and process changes.
• Prepare and continuously update product assembly instructions.
• Implement improvement proposals and report optimization opportunities, hazards, and occupational safety risks to the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, or vocational training as an electrician or electronics technician.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian required.
• Good IT skills and confidence using a PC.
• Willingness to work shifts.
