Senior Employee Experience Program Manager

What you will do

• Design and continuously improve employee experience processes across key employee moments and everyday interactions.
• Connect employee experience processes, recognition, listening, culture initiatives, and programs into one coherent system.
• Lead interviews, focus groups, pulse surveys, and engagement analysis, converting insights into prioritized actions.
• Own recognition programs and employee experience initiatives, improving participation and measuring impact.
• Track engagement, belonging, culture pulse, recognition participation, feedback, and retention metrics.
• Create frameworks, templates, and playbooks while partnering with HR, communications, marketing, IT, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• 4+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Culture, HR Programs, or a similar field.
• Experience designing, launching, and improving employee experience programs end-to-end.
• Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Systems-thinking skills and the ability to connect separate initiatives into a coherent employee experience.
• Experience conducting employee research, analyzing feedback and engagement data, and delivering measurable improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with recognition, rewards, or gamification programs.
• Familiarity with service design principles or employee journey mapping.
• Experience with HR technology or employee engagement platforms.
• Experience using AI to improve internal processes or employee experience.
• Experience working in global or distributed organizations.
