Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Remote within eligible U.S. states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia. The role is hourly and applicants must currently reside in one of these states.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour, plus uncapped commissions and equity opportunities.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers seeking personal-line auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
• Explain policy coverage, pricing, and product details clearly.
• Prepare and bind insurance quotes through carrier partners.
• Resolve customer problems and handle objections throughout the purchasing process.
• Maintain attentive, high-energy conversations while identifying coverage that fits each customer’s needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Passion for helping customers.
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license within approximately 2 weeks of starting; licensing costs are covered.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state listed above.
