What you will do

• Execute product strategy across the hirify.global Platform portfolio to achieve measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Manage the hirify.global Intelligence Fabric, spanning OT telemetry ingestion, adversary research, and vulnerability intelligence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, setting a high bar for rigor and craft.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the delivery of differentiated, high-impact products.
• Drive go-to-market readiness, including product launches, POCs, and customer enablement.
• Monitor OT cybersecurity market trends and regulatory developments to inform strategy and prioritization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of enterprise-scale B2B cybersecurity product management experience, including 4+ years in people management.
• Proven experience shipping AI- or ML-powered product capabilities and working with data science teams.
• Experience managing cybersecurity product areas spanning MDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and cloud/SaaS delivery.
• Track record of bringing new products to market for Global 2000 organizations across multiple geographies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% for customer meetings and company events.
