Remote Sales Agent (Insurance)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour, plus uncapped commissions and possible equity.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers seeking personal-lines insurance.
• Explain policy coverage, pricing, and available product options.
• Prepare and bind quotes through hirify.global’s 55+ carrier partners.
• Resolve customer questions and objections to remove barriers to purchase.
• Provide attentive, energetic conversations focused on matching customers with suitable policies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Passion for helping customers.
• Current residence in one of the eligible U.S. states is required.
• Willingness to obtain a property and casualty insurance license within approximately two weeks after starting; hirify.global pays for the license.
