TL;DR

Work Planning & Execution Lead 4 (Nuclear): Coordinating quality, services, and IT work planning by developing execution plans, allocating resources, and managing schedules with an accent on cross-functional planning, critical-path analysis, and quality assurance compliance. Focus on preparing resource estimates, resolving execution issues, implementing approved project changes, and communicating technical and performance risks across project teams.

Location: Remote within the contiguous United States, with travel required as needed. Preference is given to candidates able to work from the Corvallis or Houston offices.

Salary: $124,531–$150,138 annually; full pay range $111,531–$174,446.

What you will do

  • Develop detailed execution plans, resource estimates, schedules, and critical-path analyses for functional-area and commercial project work.
  • Monitor resource allocation, leveling, prioritization, and work status to support efficient execution and resolve emergent issues.
  • Coordinate with project teams, Engineering, PPD, Supply Chain, IT, Services, Quality, and other functional organizations.
  • Support implementation of approved changes and project scopes, including scope definition and resource planning.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on work status, functional-area health, technical risks, and performance.
  • Support business process improvement, standardization, hiring plans, and department communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a technical degree is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a project-oriented work environment, preferably in the power or nuclear industries.
  • Experience with engineering or manufacturing projects and related terminology.
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project scheduling software.
  • Strong technical writing, presentation, communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 and be based in the contiguous United States.
