Product Manager Lead (Communications Platform)

Location: Worldwide; flexible work from an office or remotely within time zones from GMT-X to GMT+X. Relocation support is available, with assistance for the employee and family.

hirify.global is a fintech company developing banking products and a communications platform for customer notifications.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, long-term roadmap, and overall direction for the Communications Platform.
• Directly own the In App Communications area, including Push, Pop-ups, and Banners, by shaping the backlog, tracking metrics, and driving releases.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team of 2 Product Managers and 1 Project Manager.
• Partner with internal product teams such as Acquisition and Collection to align platform capabilities with their needs.
• Improve notification economics, including the cost of service notifications, paid versus free channels, and channel-sending rules.
• Work with Engineering and external providers on platform infrastructure, performance, delivery, and integrations for SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and other channels.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a Product Lead role.
• Experience developing platform products with a focus on infrastructure, scalability, stability, and internal process efficiency.
• Strong product leadership skills across strategy, long-term roadmap planning, and people management.
• Experience managing stakeholders and aligning the priorities of cross-functional product teams.
• Technical fluency sufficient for discussions and trade-offs with Engineering; an engineering background is not required.
• B2 or higher English level for communication within an international team.
