Product Manager Lead (Communications Platform)

Location: Worldwide; remote work or work from one of the company's offices. Relocation support is available to Cyprus, Spain, Serbia, or Georgia.

What you will do

• Own the vision and long-term roadmap for the Communications Platform across In App Communications, Vendor Channels, Notification Center, and Event Operations.
• Lead the In App Communications area covering push notifications, pop-ups, and banners, including backlog prioritization, metrics, and releases.
• Manage and develop a team of two Product Managers and one Project Manager.
• Align the platform roadmap with the needs of Acquisition, Collection, and other internal product teams.
• Improve notification delivery economics, channel mix, sending rules, platform stability, and delivery speed.
• Partner with Engineering and external providers on infrastructure, integrations, and new SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a Product Lead role.
• Experience developing platform products with a focus on infrastructure, scalability, stability, and internal process efficiency.
• Strong product strategy, long-term roadmap planning, and people management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Technical fluency sufficient for engineering discussions and product trade-offs; an engineering background is not required.
• English level: B2 or higher for communication within an international team.
