Head of Data Products - Cigna Healthcare (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the Data Product Owner organization across International Health markets and business lines.
• Define and mature the enterprise Data & AI operating model, ownership frameworks, RACI structures, and lifecycle responsibilities.
• Partner with Data Engineering, architecture, business, regional CIOs, and market leaders to prioritize investments and improve delivery, deployment, support, reliability, automation, and scalability.
• Provide executive governance for strategic automation programs, roadmaps, delivery readiness, risk management, stakeholder reviews, and reporting.
• Lead organizational structure, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.
• Manage portfolio budgets, forecasting, investment planning, business cases, financial commitments, and value realization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Data, Analytics, AI, Technology, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven success building and scaling Data Product Management organizations.
• Experience partnering with Data Engineering, Architecture, and business leadership teams.
• Experience establishing governance, operating models, organizational transformation programs, budgets, investment portfolios, and strategic planning.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, organizational leadership, financial acumen, change management, talent development, and global stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience.
• Experience implementing Data as a Product operating models and leading AI strategy, governance, and adoption.
• Background in agile product management, SAFe, Scrum, or related methodologies.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, cloud platforms, and modern analytics ecosystems.
