Inbound Sales Agent (Insurance)

Location: Remote, available only to full-time hourly employees residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour plus uncapped commissions; top performers typically earn $100,000+ annually.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers seeking personal-lines insurance.
• Educate customers about coverage options, policy details, and pricing.
• Prepare, present, and bind insurance quotes through carrier platforms.
• Resolve customer concerns and handle objections to remove purchasing barriers.
• Maintain attentive, energetic conversations while matching coverage to individual needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong customer focus and passion for helping others.
• Current residence in one of the eligible U.S. states: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
• Willingness to obtain a P&C license within approximately two weeks after starting; licensing costs are covered.
