Senior CRM Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead the delivery and implementation of CRM and customer loyalty initiatives for major global brands.
• Execute personalized client communication campaigns from inception through deployment.
• Manage global client relationships and coordinate delivery across project stakeholders.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, estimates, and delivery plans.
• Track project progress, profitability, deadlines, and quality across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for client meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in CRM, digital marketing, or an agency environment.
• Experience managing projects for large global brands; luxury or automotive experience is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across complex global departments.
• Knowledge of data, technical projects, and enterprise marketing automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience delivering CRM, web, or marketing automation implementations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with luxury and/or automotive brands.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
