What you will do

• Build annual roadmaps, define project scope, and align Rewards Collections with broader loyalty objectives.
• Lead the operational lifecycle of three seasonal collections across health and wellness, culinary, travel, and merchandise categories.
• Manage client, vendor, merchant, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships through recurring status meetings and executive updates.
• Oversee creative and digital asset production, including marketplaces, lookbooks, brochures, and physical collateral.
• Coordinate legal, proofreading, product, brand compliance, licensing, and art procurement workflows.
• Monitor reward performance, inventory health, reorders, fulfillment risks, budgets, resources, and vendor costs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in a marketing agency, corporate marketing department, or retail communications environment.
• Experience with owner loyalty or luxury rewards in automotive, retail, or hospitality.
• Expertise with enterprise project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, communication, and risk mitigation skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, resource burn, and vendor costs.
• High attention to detail for legal disclaimers, brand standards, and production specifications.
