What you will do

• Define and own the comprehensive strategy, roadmap, and information architecture for the marketing website.
• Translate business goals into concrete site structures that improve performance and conversion rates.
• Build and manage a scalable experimentation program using A/B tests and CRO to drive pipeline.
• Lead organic search strategy (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO) to increase visibility.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Design, and Product teams to ensure a coherent user journey.
• Partner with web platform and enablement functions to realize strategic directions through tooling.

Requirements

• Solid experience in web, digital, or product strategy, owning substantial digital properties.
• Proven track record of treating a website as a growth channel with measurable traffic and conversion wins.
• Deep fluency in information architecture and navigation for multi-product sites.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in web tagging and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on proficiency in SEO/AEO, modern CMS (WordPress), and CRO tools (Optimizely, Contentful, Webflow).
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
