What you will do

• Coordinate global project teams across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety to achieve milestones and deliver projects.
• Manage project budgets, scope, costs, profitability, plans, and operational compliance.
• Act as the primary client liaison and chair project team meetings and teleconferences.
• Oversee complex clinical trials across multiple phases and the full project lifecycle.
• Support business development through proposal development and presentations.
• Build client relationships to generate new and add-on business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, biological, or science-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty pharma environment.
• Project-level budget, finance, and costing experience.
• Experience managing complex trials across multiple phases and the full lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple therapeutic areas and protocols, including psychedelics, major depressive disorder, and epilepsy.
• Global project experience is preferred.
