What you will do

• Coordinate commissioning, qualification, turnover, and operational-readiness activities with the Engineering Project Manager.
• Align contractors and stakeholders, resolve issues, drive accountability, and maintain project momentum.
• Maintain integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, commitments, and critical-path activities.
• Manage issue and risk logs, action items, communications plans, governance materials, and status reporting.
• Prepare leadership updates, facilitate governance meetings, document decisions, and track follow-through.
• Use cell and gene therapy processing knowledge to identify risks and support CQV and EMPQ execution.

Requirements

• Senior-level project management experience in biotech, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related facility-readiness environments.
• Knowledge of commissioning, qualification, and validation activities, including CQV and EMPQ.
• Understanding of cell and gene therapy processing and facility operational readiness.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, engineering stakeholders, and departmental leadership.
• Experience with project schedules, risk and issue management, governance, and executive reporting.
