Salary: $95,400–$119,200 annually, with potential bonus and commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Own project schedules, milestone plans, release calendars, and delivery scope.
• Build and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource capacity plans.
• Track cross-team dependencies, blockers, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Escalate delivery issues to program leadership with recommended solutions.
• Prepare status reports and executive dashboards for leadership.
• Facilitate governance, steering, change approval, UAT, stage-gate, kickoff, risk review, and vendor meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Hands-on experience with project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and dependency logs.
• Working knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and solution-oriented meeting skills.
• Ability to work in an office environment in Irvine, California and meet the physical requirements of the role.

Nice to have

• PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience with GitHub Projects, LLMs, and modern project management tools.
