Product Operations Lead (Healthcare SaaS)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead operational strategy across Product and Engineering, including performance targets, metrics, outcomes, and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate company-wide roadmapping, covering input intake, execution, dependencies, OKR alignment, and roadmap distribution.
• Manage the solution development lifecycle, including launches, experiment tracking, and documentation quality.
• Coordinate strategic meetings across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leadership.
• Support onboarding, knowledge management, employee development, and preparation of product materials for quarterly board meetings.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve processes to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle for building and deploying enterprise SaaS products and solutions.
• Strong operational skills, including measuring and regularly reporting on metrics that support insights and effective decision-making.
• Adaptability, critical thinking, process development, and the ability to address operational challenges.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional presence when working with customers, partners, and C-suite executives.
• Willingness to contribute hands-on and fill operational gaps when needed.
