Product Operations Lead (AI)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead the operational strategy and framework across Product and Engineering, including performance targets, metrics, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
• Own the AI-enabled software development lifecycle transformation, covering tooling, agents, workflows, infrastructure, and operating models.
• Drive organizational change and adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across engineering, product, design, and executive leadership.
• Facilitate company-wide product roadmapping, dependency management, OKR alignment, and communication of priorities.
• Coordinate solution development, launches, experiments, documentation, and strategic cross-functional meetings.
• Identify bottlenecks and step into execution gaps to improve efficiency, accountability, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Based in the United States and able to work remotely.
• Experience driving an AI-enabled software development lifecycle transformation or comparable AI-driven operational change.
• Hands-on fluency with coding agents, agentic workflows, and modern AI tools.
• Product or R&D operations experience, including metrics definition, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong change management, communication, organizational, critical-thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, operate in ambiguity, and influence senior and C-suite stakeholders without formal authority.
