Senior Analyst, Strategy (Digital Media)

Location: New York City, NY, United States. The role includes an annual work-from-anywhere option for up to four weeks.

Salary: $73,500–$85,000 base salary.

What you will do

• Partner with clients to translate business goals into activation strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon DSP.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-channel campaigns.
• Analyze performance data to identify consumer insights, optimize lifetime value, and improve attribution models.
• Design and execute A/B tests across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Translate platform updates into actionable opportunities during recurring client strategy reviews.
• Coordinate Social and Amazon DSP efforts with internal teams to maximize reach and reduce frequency fatigue.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of full-time experience in digital media optimization.
• Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of YouTube and Google Ads, including video-first activation.
• Experience with Amazon DSP or comparable advanced DSP platforms.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to turn Excel or BI data into strategic presentations.
• Ability to manage complex workloads and high-touch client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
