Enterprise Risk And Compliance Program Manager

Location: Hybrid in Buffalo, New York, with the option to work full time onsite at a hirify.global U.S. facility; the preferred location is the East Aurora, New York corporate office. Domestic and international travel is required. The role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise risk and compliance assessment programs.
• Design future-state processes aligned with policies, regulatory obligations, risk appetite, and operational requirements.
• Deploy enabling technology, role-based training, micro-learning, and communications to support global adoption.
• Maintain governance materials, including charters, RACI matrices, risk registers, SOPs, process maps, and control documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional working groups involving Legal, Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Track KPIs, KRIs, control effectiveness, maturity progression, audits, and monitoring activities to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• More than six years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on risk and compliance assessment programs.
• Experience with enterprise risk management standards such as ISO 31000 and COSO.
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder engagement, documentation, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills across cultures and time zones.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Planner, or Project.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work within the stated U.S. location arrangement.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certifications such as CRMP, CRISC, or GRCP.
• Experience with organizational change management and enterprise risk and compliance assessment platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience creating communications that drive adoption and sustainment.
