What you will do

• Own and continuously improve Mercury’s product launch operating model, including reviews, coordination, ownership, and retrospectives.
• Lead the rotational program for early-career Product Managers and coordinate rotations with managers and product leadership.
• Build and improve Product Manager onboarding through structured programming, documentation, and peer connections.
• Design product culture programs, internal rituals, external events, and thought-leadership initiatives.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Design, Communications, Recruiting, and People.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Consulting, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Experience supporting product or engineering organizations in a high-growth technology company.
• Track record of owning cross-functional programs from concept through execution.
• Strong systems thinking, judgment, organizational skills, attention to detail, and operational follow-through.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, translate strategic objectives into clear plans, and manage multiple initiatives.
• Product mindset with a focus on user needs, measurable outcomes, iteration, and continuous improvement.
