Paralegal, Entity Management & Corporate Governance (AI)

Location: Fully remote worldwide; candidates based in New York, San Francisco, or London are preferred.

What you will do

• Coordinate the formation of international subsidiaries, including incorporation documents, amendments, notarization, apostilles, filings, and foreign qualifications.
• Support M&A transactions by organizing data rooms, tracking closing checklists, and coordinating signatures.
• Own the global compliance calendar, tracking filing deadlines, tax registrations, board requirements, and government submissions.
• Maintain corporate governance records, entity management platforms, formation files, signatory registers, and director and officer information.
• Coordinate vendor contract signatures and filings across the organization.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, People, external counsel, service providers, and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate paralegal, entity management, or legal operations roles.
• Experience supporting entity formations, corporate filings, and corporate governance processes.
• Experience coordinating across multiple jurisdictions with international outside counsel or corporate service providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across jurisdictions and time zones.
• Comfort working with AI tools and willingness to build workflows with them.
