What you will do

• Lead enterprise AI and digital transformation strategy across a complex post-merger, multi-ERP environment.
• Define target-state AI architecture, architectural principles, governance, security, privacy, responsible AI practices, and reusable standards.
• Evaluate AI overlay, ERP consolidation, modernization, and AI-native operating model scenarios, including business value, TCO, risks, and timing.
• Develop 24-month technology outlooks and phased implementation roadmaps across AI, ERP, enterprise applications, data, and automation.
• Design orchestration and integration patterns across heterogeneous ERP systems while minimizing disruption to existing platforms.
• Advise executives, facilitate workshops, validate discovery findings, and support rapid AI pilots and proofs of value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or digital transformation.
• Proven experience defining enterprise AI strategies, future-state architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience with build-versus-buy analysis, platform strategy, technology investment decisions, and 24–48 month technology outlooks.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, banking, insurance, or financial services.
• Experience presenting architecture recommendations to C-level executives and managing executive stakeholders.
• Experience with M&A and post-merger technology integration, AI-overlay architecture, and heterogeneous ERP environments; English at Upper-Intermediate level or above is required.
