What you will do

• Define technical strategy and architecture for large-scale machine learning, search, recommendation, and agentic AI solutions.
• Advise client stakeholders, lead technical discussions, translate complex concepts, and manage expectations throughout engagements.
• Lead and mentor ML engineering teams while providing technical direction and accountability for delivery.
• Architect and implement agentic workflows, agent-based and multi-agent systems, and complex RAG pipelines.
• Oversee projects from discovery and architectural design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale, production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Significant client-facing experience in consulting or architecture, including discussions with C-level executives and engineering teams.
• Leadership and project management experience with complex software delivery.
• Deep expertise in Python and its data science ecosystem, plus practical experience with LLMs, agentic design patterns, classical ML, RAG, fine-tuning, and recommender systems.
• Strong foundations in software architecture, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, scalability, reliability, and low-latency design; degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, LlamaIndex, MLflow, Kubeflow, TensorFlow, LightGBM, or CatBoost.
• Experience with AWS and GCP.
