Salary: $138,859 - $175,665 (Target), up to $195,741 (Maximum)

What you will do

• Define and maintain enterprise AI reference architectures, including agent patterns, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks.
• Lead "Build vs. Buy" evaluations for AI capabilities and design architectural integration patterns for SaaS and internally hosted models.
• Shape the end-to-end AI developer experience by creating golden paths, CI/CD templates, and prompt libraries.
• Drive AI FinOps by optimizing token usage, caching strategies, and compute resources across multi-cloud environments.
• Architect solutions adhering to healthcare compliance standards, ensuring secure handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA and HITRUST.
• Lead rapid Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate emerging AI frameworks before enterprise-wide adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (excluding restricted states).
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with progression into architecture or platform roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, specifically LLM integration, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
• Strong knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate, Azure AI Search).
• Multi-cloud fluency across GCP, AWS, and Azure AI/ML platform services.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) server design or AI gateway patterns.
• Background in Developer Experience (DX) design, SDK design, or developer portal strategy.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with AI observability tooling and evaluation frameworks.
