Senior Procurement Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate purchasing activities across the organization and its subsidiaries in line with procurement and contract strategy.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing for assigned categories, including tenders, benchmarking, and supplier searches, with a focus on Consulting & People Services.
• Implement and control contract and price negotiations to support profitability.
• Coordinate purchase requests, KYC checks, purchase order approvals, and contract approvals across Legal, Finance, Treasury, Data Protection, Accounting, and technical teams.
• Maintain the contract register, track contract durations, and report on contract approvals and procurement activity.
• Manage Vendor Master Data, supplier databases, and S2C/P2P processes in ERP and CLM systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Procurement Specialist, Senior Procurement Specialist, Buyer, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and contract management, including sourcing, tendering, negotiations, contracting, and supplier management.
• Practical experience with ERP and CLM systems, S2C/P2P processes, and Vendor Master Data management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional approvals.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage parallel sourcing activities and reporting cycles.
• Fluent Russian and English are required.
