About the role
PLATA is looking for Junior+ Recruiters to join its Talent Acquisition team. You’ll support the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers and experienced recruiters while developing your sourcing and interviewing skills.

Responsibilities:

— Support end-to-end recruitment within your hiring stream.
— Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, GetMatch and other platforms.
— Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
— Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
— Partner with hiring managers and the stream lead on hiring decisions.
— Ensure a positive candidate experience.
— Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate ATS data.

Requirements:

— 1+ year of recruitment experience.
— Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GetMatch or similar platforms.
— Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
— Strong communication and collaboration skills.
— Motivation to grow within recruitment.
— English B2+ for communication with an international team.
