What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end executive recruiting processes to ensure professional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
• Schedule executive interviews and assessment centers with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage daily operations for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding of executive-level positions.
• Oversee agency management, including evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain global recruiting and onboarding materials and documentation.
• Support global HR projects by consolidating regional inputs and tracking deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Operations, or HR Shared Services.
• Experience in interview coordination, senior stakeholder management, and agency collaboration.
• Experience working in international environments across different regions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR systems.
• English: Fluent (C1) required
