Network & Partner Operations Intern (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid position based at Via Augusta, Barcelona, Spain.

What you will do

• Maintain and update process guidelines, broker databases, and new operational requests.
• Prepare presentations and communicate project results clearly.
• Review the quality of policies, late letters, and reinsurance slips.
• Analyze datasets and assess the financial, economic, and political stability of insurance-company networks.
• Support tool development, process improvement, business and technology projects, and global network alignment.
• Collaborate with specialists across technology and insurance domains.

Requirements

• Active student status at a Spanish university or school is mandatory.
• University studies in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or a relevant master’s degree.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international team.
• Proficiency in Excel.
