Junior Software Engineer (C#)

Location: Full-time, office-based role in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; occasional work from home may be available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Develop software applications and features in an Agile environment using the software development lifecycle.
• Build and support internal web applications with C#, ASP.NET, Angular, Entity Framework, and SQL.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, release, and application support.
• Contribute to software validation by developing, reviewing, and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams on projects, tools, training, and business practices.
• Provide end-user support, feature training, and troubleshooting for applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Software development experience with C#, Angular or a similar JavaScript framework, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Entity Framework, GitHub, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and release management.
