Senior Software Engineer (.NET/React)

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of software solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to the architectural design of scalable and efficient software systems.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards and software engineering best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Drive software initiatives from concept through production while balancing quality, speed, innovation, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including work with large-scale or complex systems.
• Professional experience with JavaScript or C#, .NET, .NET Core, React, Angular, and software development tools.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, relational databases, MongoDB, REST APIs, version control, CI/CD practices, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, SDLC, Agile practices, problem-solving, and technical communication.
• Ability to mentor and guide engineers and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with healthcare, clinical diagnostics, genomics, NGS, or LIMS environments.
• Experience with the .NET Framework.
