What you will do

• Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes under U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606 and support ongoing compliance.
• Support accounting system, automation, and internal control implementations.
• Improve accounting processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, Legal, and Operations.

Requirements

• Licensed CPA with 2–3 years of post-internship experience as an Assistant Controller or in a similar role.
• Internship experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently across functions.
• Proactive ownership and strong follow-through.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company.
