Financial Controller

hirify.global is growing through a multi-entity operating environment requiring hands-on financial management, reporting, and accounting execution.

What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP and applicable IFRS requirements.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budget-versus-actual analyses with FP&A.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow tracking, and group-level consolidation.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, general ledger, intercompany reconciliations, and eliminations.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting procedures, financial policies, and audit processes.
• Support pricing, contracts, revenue recognition, business analysis, and improvements to financial systems and ERP processes.

Requirements

• CPA / Certified Public Accountant certification is mandatory.
• Completed CPA internship at a Big 4 accounting firm is mandatory.
• 5–8+ years of experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Auditor.
• Strong hands-on experience with US GAAP; IFRS experience is advantageous.
• Experience with internal controls, audit processes, and global or multi-entity environments.
• High proficiency in Excel and financial systems, excellent English, strong attention to detail, and ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience in project-based companies, including project accounting and revenue recognition over time.
• Experience working closely with senior management.
