Corporate Controller (E-commerce)

hirify.global operates a high-growth global B2C and B2B e-commerce platform with physical inventory and hundreds of millions in annual GMV.

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across 10 international entities.
• Own global consolidation, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, foreign currency adjustments, and inventory accounting.
• Partner with Product Managers and Software Engineers to design and automate billing, invoicing, settlements, refunds, and revenue recognition logic.
• Lead the integration and optimization of NetSuite, Avalara, Stripe, Adyen, and related financial systems.
• Direct international B2C and B2B tax compliance, including EU VAT, US state sales tax, GST, and nexus requirements.
• Support M&A due diligence and lead post-merger integration of financial systems, policies, teams, and reporting structures.

Requirements

• Experienced, highly analytical, and technology-oriented finance professional.
• CPA certification is required.
• Experience with IFRS and US GAAP financial reporting.
• Experience with global accounting, multi-entity consolidation, international tax, and inventory accounting.
• Ability to work with Product, R&D, auditors, legal counsel, and tax advisors.
• Big Four audit experience is a strong advantage.
